COACHES, TEAM LEADERS, AND MANAGERS
The Club Manual of Operations handbook (every team is provided with a copy) was prepared to assist you and your team with regards to Club rules, regulations, by-laws, and other administrative requirements that will arise on an almost daily basis. It is not the intent of the Club to burden your efforts with non-essential rules and conditions, which are detrimental to the operation of your team. In fact, it has been our recent policy not to interfere with the routine functioning of any team unless it is totally necessary to so.

KNOW YOUR CLUB RULES
In spite of our efforts to be clear and concise with Club requirements, every season we have the unpleasant task of interfering with teams or individuals who chose to either ignore or subvert a rule because it doesn't happen to suit their individual plans at that time.

NATURE OF CLUB RULES
Every rule, policy, by-law, and requirement contained in the manual was brought about as a direct result of some team or individual circumventing or attempting to circumvent Club rules. Some of the transgressions are by accident, some are intentional and others are due to ignorance.

CLUB OPERATING HANDBOOK
Every team is provided with a copy of the Club Manual of Operations handbook. This document was prepared at considerable effort and expense to clearly define your obligations to the club. Please read the book to minimize confusion and explain the basic details to your child.

CLUB SUPPORT
If you are in doubt about any topic, contact your Club Head Coach, Club Coordinator, Coach, Manager who will be glad to assist you in anyway, to support and promote each team. In many instances embarrassing situations could have been avoided by picking up the phone to seek advice or ask permission from the General Manager or members of the Board

ASK FOR HELP
If you need a ruling about some issue not in the manual, check to see if it meets the Club requirements. If the topic is covered in the manual and you are still nervous about meeting the requirement ask your Club Head Coach about it.

SOCCER RULES
If the rule is covered in The Club Manual of Operations handbook and you find yourself inclined to apply your own special exclusions or want to omit a specific requirement, then you are breaking the rule. The Club will then act quickly and may find yourself open to disciplinary action.

Finally, the intent of The Club Manual of Operations handbook is to help you. If you wish to add any new ideas or have any suggestions for changes. please feel free to submit your proposal in writing to:
